Not something i wanna delete.
Through Facebook and Twitter, it’s easy to retrieve operational data like message created and folders etc
Now what if we can see how frequent does a customer delete his social media content like photos or messages, does that imply he’s slightly OCD? Would that change how we sell something to him?
Just food for thought!
